分析了利用2万t/a片碱装置熔盐炉外排的烟道气中的CO2生产Na2CO3溶液的工艺及经济效益,总结了制片、包装工序减轻碱尘污染的技术改造情况,并对天然气作为熔盐炉燃料的可行性进行了探讨。

The process and economic benefits of producing Na2CO3 from CO2 contained in the flue gas discharged from fused salt furnaces for production of 20 kt/a flake caustic soda were analyzed.The technical innovations on flaking procedure and packaging procedure to lessen caustic soda dust pollution were summarized.The feasibility of using natural gas as fuel for fused salt furnaces was discussed.
