摘要
运用6sigma分析方法,确定在淡盐水流量为5 m3/h、盐酸加入量为0.72 m3/h、反应温度为90℃的条件下,控制氯酸盐分解率为70%~80%,降低烧碱生产系统中氯酸盐的含量(50%烧碱中氯酸盐质量分数为20×10-6)。
The decomposition rate of chlorate was controlled from 70% to 80% under the conditions of dilute brine flow rate 5 L/h,hydrochloric acid feed rate 0.72 m3/h and reaction temperature 90 ℃ by adopting 6sigma analysis method,and thus the chlorate content in caustic soda production system was decreased,i.e.the mass fraction of chlorate in 50 wt% caustic soda was less than 20×10-6.
