摘要
针对高温高盐油藏的苛刻条件,开发了新型阳离子复合凝胶调剖剂。室内评价结果表明,调剖剂成胶后,(115±5)℃下30天不破胶,在矿化度7×10^4mg/L下胶体不变形,岩心封堵率达到93%,冲刷30PV后封堵率为92%,各项性能指标明显优于常规有机交联凝胶调剖剂。在T142—27井区的调剖应用实验表明,对应油井的含水量由96.0%下降到93.6%,产油量由29.3Vd上升到34.5t/d,收到了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
In view of severe conditions of high temperature and high salinity in oil reservoir, new cationic compound gel profile control agents were developed. The laboratory evaluation results showed that after gelling, the profile control agent did not breaking at (115 ±5) ℃ for 30 days, the colloid was not distorted in reservoirs with salinity of 7 ×10^4mg/L, the plugging rate of core was up to 93%, the plugging rate was 92% after scouring 30 PV, and the performances of the cationic compound gel profile control agents were significantly better than that of conventional organic crosslinked gel profile control agent. The application testing in T142 - 27 well showed that the water content of the corresponding oil well was decreased to 93.6% from 96. 0%, the yield of oil was increased to 34.5 t/d from 29.3 t/d. The very good economic and social benefits are obtained.
