摘要
通过壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-10)与五氧化二磷(P_2O_5)反应,制备了壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。采用正交试验,得到最佳反应条件为:n(NP-10):n(P_2O_5):n(H_2O)=2.4:1:1,反应温度75℃,反应时间5h。在此条件下,酯化率可达93%以上。将产物用于金属切削液配方中,加量3%时,10%切削液水溶液的最大无卡咬负荷由88N提高到212N,5%切削液水溶液的缓蚀性能及其他性能均达到国家标准。
Nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate ester was synthesized from nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NP- 10) and phosphorus pentoxide. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test, which were as follows: n ( NP - 10) : n ( P2O5 ) : n ( H2O ) = 2.4 : 1 : 1, reaction temperature 75 ℃, and reaction time 5 hours. The esterification rate was more than 93% under above conditions. The product was applied in metal cutting fluid and when the amount of the product 3%, the maximum nonseizure load of 10% cutting fluid aqueous solution increased to 212 N from 88 N and the corrosion inhibition property and other properties of 5% cutting fluid aqueous solution meet the national standards.
