摘要
介绍了采用自由基聚合制备淀粉-丙烯酰胺絮凝剂的方法。通过正交试验确定了最佳反应条件:丙烯酰胺和淀粉的质量比为1:1,引发剂加量0.2mL,反应时间5h,反应温度60℃,在此最佳条件下制备的絮凝剂除浊率达96.27%。考察了絮凝剂浓度及污水pH对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,絮凝剂浓度在8-10mg/L,污水pH 6-8时,除浊率达90%以上。
The method to prepare starch -acrylamide flocculant by radical polymerization was introduced. The optimum reaction conditions for preparation of the product were determined as follows: the mass ratio of acrylamide to starch 1 : 1, the volume of initiator added 0.2 mL, reaction time 5 hours, reaction temperature 60 ℃. Under the above optimum reaction conditions, the removal rate of turbidity for the prepared flocculant was up to 96.27%. The effects of flocculant concentration and pH value of wastewater on the floceulation were examined. The result showed that the removal rate of the turbidity was above 90% when the concentration of flocculant and pH value of the wastewater were in the range of 8 - 10 mg/L and 6 - 8 respectively.
