高等女子院校应通过打造特色师资培育核心无形资本

摘要 高校无形资本包括经营性无形资本和社会性无形资本,是高等院校特色打造和提升竞争力的主要途径和方法。学校的发展离不开经营性无形资本,更离不开社会性无形资本。社会性无形资本是决定高等院校管理效率的基础性资本。而特色的师资是社会性无形资本中的最核心要素,应成为各高等院校进行无形资本运营和管理的主要抓手。作为高等女子院校,应通过打造特色师资,培育核心无形资本来凸显特色和提升竞争力。 Intangible capital of the universities includes operating intangible capital and social intangible capital, which are the main ways and methods of the universities to build special advantages and enhance the competitiveness. The development of the universities is inseparable from operating intangible capital, and more difficult to be separated from social intangible capital. Social intangible capital is the basic capital to determine the efficiency of the universities. The teachers with special advantages are the core elements of the intangible capital, and they should be the main starting point of the intangible capital operation and management. As woman universities, they should create teams of teachers with special advantages to build special characteristics of their university and enhance the competitiveness.
