摘要
探讨临床医师综合绩效考评软件系统的架构与实施方法。通过分析各模块的功能,明确定位,分步实施。将系统划分为考评方法管理、考评数据管理、指标体系管理、考评结果管理四个模块,重点介绍了后3个方面的实现及需要解决的问题。支持考评指标体系的调整,支持不同来源的数据抽取,支持考评结果的进一步分析。临床医师的绩效考评,是医院管理者的一项重要职能工作,并逐渐成为常规性工作。使用方便、功能强大的考评软件是考评工作必不可少的工具。
The construction and implementation method of the software system for evaluating general quality and performance of clinicians are discussed. Through analysis of the function of various modules, the objective is clarified and implemented step-by-step. The system is divided into 4 modules - evaluation method management, evaluation data management, indices system management, evaluation result management. The realization method and problems to solve of the last 3 modules are introduced with emphasis. Adjustment for the indices evaluation system, sampling from different data sources and further analyses of the evaluation result arc supported. Performance evaluation of clinicians is an important responsibility for hospital superintendents and is becoming conventional work. Consequently, a convenient yet powerful evaluation software system is an essential tool for evaluation work.
