铁路架桥机主要设计难点及标准制定中关键技术指标的确定 被引量:3

Major Difficulties in Designing Railway Bridge Girder Erecting Machine and the Definition of Key Technical Indictors in Formulating Corresponding Standards

摘要 分析铁路架桥机的主要设计难点,就如何解决铁路架桥机研制前期遇到的主机机臂"静态刚性"值不符合GB/T 3811—1983《起重机设计规范》这一技术和管理难题进行研究,提出的建议在制修订相关标准时得到采纳。制修订后的现行标准中均对铁路架桥机这类特殊起重机的关键技术指标"静态刚性"作出新的合理规定,包括TSG Q 7002—2007《桥式起重机型式试验细则》、GB/T 3811—2008《起重机设计规范》等。最后,提出铁路架桥机设计中合理确定机臂高度尺寸及其"静态刚性"指标应遵循的原则。 This paper analyzes the major difficult points in the design of Bridge Girder Erecting Machine and researches how to tackle the difficult technical and managerial problem,i.e.,"Static Rigidity"of the arm of the machine being serious inconformity to the regulation stipulated in GB/T 3811—1983"Crane Design Specification",that was encountered during the early phase of researching and developing railway Bridge Girder Erecting Machine.The technical proposal has been adopted in formulating and revising related national standards.After revising,the current corresponding standards in use such as TSG Q7002—2007"Detailed Rules on Type Tests of Overhead Travelling Crane",GB/T 3811—2008"Crane Design Specification",have given reasonable new regulation on the key technical index"Static Rigidity".Finally,the author proposes the principles to be followed in reasonably determining the height and size of machine arm and"Static Rigidity"index in the design of railway Bridge Girder Erecting Machine.
