摘要
基于对福建省茶农的调查,描述了农民参加培训的需求意愿和已接受培训的现状,分析了受训农民对培训内容、机构、方式、师资、时间以及培训效果的评价,进而从加强市场研究实现培训供需对接、引入竞争机制优化培训资源配置、加强培训后的技术跟踪指导等方面提出改进措施。
Based on a survey of tea farmers,this paper describes the situation and willingness of farmers to participate in training program,examines their comments on the content,providing agency,methods,teachers,time and the effectiveness of the farmers training program.Then policies to coupling between the demand and supply sides,introduction of competition mechanism to optimize resource allocation,and enforcing the follow-up guidance to farmers after training are provided to relevant decision-makers.
