摘要
随着我国地方政府间合作的不断深入,评价地方政府间合作关系状况就成为公共管理领域亟待解决的问题。该研究以供给需求理论为基础,以矩阵为工具,以成熟度为切入点,在明确制度成熟度、地方政府成熟度的基础上,构建评价我国地方政府间合作关系成熟度的矩阵模型。
With the development of the cooperation between local governments in China,assessing the relationship state between local governments becomes the main field of public administration research.This study,based on the theory of supply and demand,the matrix as a tool,definition of institution maturity and the maturity of the local government,built the matrix model that can evaluate the state of cooperation maturity between local governments in China.
