提高高校青年教师课堂教学质量的思考——以福建农林大学为例 被引量:10

摘要 随着我国高等教育规模实现跨跃式的发展,各高校专任教师的数量迅速增加,40岁以下的青年教师所占的比例越来越大,成为教学、科研一线的中坚力量。以福建农林大学为例,通过采集近两学年学生评教、督导评教、学生质量信息员等资料,分析了青年教师课堂教学质量现状、存在问题及原因,提出了提高青年教师课堂教学质量的有效措施。 Along with the leap-over development of China's higher education scale,the teaching staff members have increased in a great number at colleges and universities.The proportion of young teachers below forty years old has become larger and larger,and they have become the main force for teaching and research.Taking Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as a case,collecting the data about students' appraisal for teachers,inspectors'appraisal for teachers,and students' quality information,the current status of classroom teaching quality of young staff members are analyzed,the problems and causes are revealed.Accordingly the effective countermeasures are proposed to improve the classroom teaching of young staff members.
