南宁市1292例狂犬病暴露者接受规范处置的依从性分析

Analysis on the compliance of 1292 patients acceptance standard treatment after exposure to rabies in Nanning

目的调查狂犬病暴露者处置后的依从性。方法对2010年11月~2011年1月在南宁市疾病预防控制中心就诊的1 320例狂犬病暴露者接受处置的情况进行依从性分析。结果 2、3级暴露的依从率15岁以下组分别为98.74%、93.10%,15岁以上组分别为82.36%、80.13%;91例失依从的原因从高到低分别是费用因素（56.04%）、疫苗接种时间延误（31.87%）和认知因素（12.09%）。结论有效降低或/和控制医疗成本（包括开发高效疫苗、简化接种程序）,提高狂犬病暴露者接受规范处置的依从性,普及狂犬病防治知识,提高大众认知水平是做好狂犬病防治工作的有效措施。

Objective To study the compliance of patients who acceptance standard treatment after exposure to rabies.Method Analyzing the compliance of 1 320 patients after accepting disposal in Nanning CDC during November of 2010 to January of 2011.Results The compliance rate of exposure grade 2 and 3 below 15 years old were 98.74% and 93.10%,respectively.Above 15,they were 82.36% and 80.13% respectively.The reason of 91 cases who lost compliance from high to low were cost factors（56.04%）,vaccination time delay（31.87%） and cognitive factors（12.09%）.Conclusions The effective measures to prevention and control the rabies were that effectively reduce or/and control medical costs（including develop effective vaccines,simplified vaccination program）,improve the acceptance of standard treatment when exposure,popularize the rabies prevention knowledge,and improve public cognitive level.
