219例拔牙术后并发症的临床病因分析及其预防和治疗

Analysis on clinical causes of complications after exodontias among 219 cases as well as the preventive and treatment measures

目的探讨拔牙术后出现各类并发症的原因以及采取的预防措施和治疗。方法对2004年3月~2009年10月于西宁市口腔医院口腔外科因拔牙术后出现各类并发症的219例患者的临床资料进行整理,分析并发症的原因以及采取相应的预防措施和治疗效果。结果 219例出现并发症的患者中出血占53%,术后感染及疼痛占41%,其余为术后血肿、水肿及其他并发症。通过采取药物和物理方法结合的措施进行防治,大部分术后并发症可以避免或缓解。结论拔牙术前、术中、术后如采取及时、恰当、有效的措施进行防治,多数并发症可减轻到最低程度甚至避免。

Objective To explore the complications causes after exodontia as well as its preventive measures and treatment.Method 219 patients were observed who had complications after exodontia in oral surgery department of Xining Stomatological Hospital from March of 2004 to October of 2009 and collected the data of them,then analyzed their complications cause,took preventive strategies and observation the treatment effectiveness.Results Among 219 patients with complications,53% of them suffered hemorrhage and 41% got infection and pain,for the rest were hematoma,edema and other complications.Most of the complications can be avoided or alleviated by taking medicine and physical methods.Conclusions Taking promptly,appropriate and effective measures when preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative can effectively prevent or alleviate most of the complications.
