摘要
为了更好地控制水电站蜗壳舌板焊缝的检验质量,现场采用超声相控阵检测方法。针对该类工件的结构特点,采用区域划分法,将焊缝分成垂直方向上的若干个区,再由电子系统控制相控降探头对其进行分区扫查。在现场共检出四处超标缺陷,与解剖结果基本一致。试验结果表明,相控阵方法检测速度快、灵活性好、准确性高,检测自动记录图所提供的缺陷三向视图使得检测结果更为直观,可在厚壁工件焊缝上推广应用。
In order to better control the quality of inspection on tongue weld spiral plate hydropower station, the insite ultrasonic phased array inspection was employed. According to the structure characteristics of such workpiece, the welds are divided into several areas in vertical direction by using zone partition method. Then the areas are scanned by the phased probe controlled by electronic systems. Four defects were detected with signals being exceeding the threshold, consistent with the anatomical results. This method is fast, good flexibility and high accuracy. The three-dimensional view on defect that provided by the automatic recording diagram of the test results, made the results more intuitive. This method is worth popularizing into the thick workpiece weld application.
