钛纳米涂料在重整装置脱水塔顶冷凝器的应用 被引量:1

摘要 大庆石化公司炼油厂催化重整装置脱水塔顶冷凝器在使用过程中曾因腐蚀多次发生泄漏,其管束虽多次进行更换却未能解决腐蚀问题。通过对腐蚀情况的分析,选用钛纳米涂料应用于脱水塔顶冷凝器。实践证明,服役1年后的钛纳米涂层管束和管板均表面光洁,无结垢和锈蚀,有效避免了管束的腐蚀和泄漏问题,延长了设备的使用年限,节省了检修更换管束的费用。 The overhead condenser of dehydration tower in catalytic reforming unit in the refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. leaked many times due to corrosion. The corrosion problems could not be solved although the condenser tubes had been replaced many times. After analysis of corrosions, nano-titanium coating was applied on the overhead condenser of dehydration tower. One year' s operation demonstrated that the surfaces of tubes and tube sheets with nano-titanium coating were clean and smooth and there were no fouling and corrosion. The corrosion and corrosion leaking of tubes have been effectively eliminated, the service life of equipment has been extended and costs of maintenance and tube replacement have been saved.
