Challenges facing manufacturing of hydrogenation reactors in China

综述了我国炼油加氢反应器研制、建造,发展历程和取得的成就。指出国内加氢反应器制造技术在以下几方面所面临的挑战:压力容器新标准的颁布实施,需亟待完善加氢设备用材料的基础性能数据;超大厚度和超大型筒节锻件及设备制造技术有待进一步完善;尽早开展加氢反应器服役后的材料性能研究,为即将到来的设备延寿做好技术准备。

The history of R ＆ D, manufacturing and development of hydrogenation reactors for China pe- troleum refining industry are summarized. It is pointed out that the domestic manufacturing technologies for hydrogenation reactors are facing the challenges in issue and application of new codes and standards on pressure vessels, preparation of complete basic performance data of materials for hydro-processing equipment, further improvement of fabrication technologies of excessive-thick over-size cylindrical forgings and equipment and study on material performance of operating reactors for the extension of equipment service life. All these are very important for the design, manufacturing and operation of hydrogenation reactors.
