催化重整装置氢压机系统存在的问题及对策 被引量:2

摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化分公司催化重整装置的氢压机运行中出现了氢气带液、填料盒泄漏、设备停机等问题,严重威胁机组的安全平稳运行。从工艺操作条件、设备结构缺陷等方面逐一分析了出现问题的原因,并从整个氢压机运行的系统环境考虑,采取相应的措施实施,如改变氢气系统的设备结构避免氢气带液,改变氢压机的填料结构防止氢气泄漏等。结果表明:这些措施从根本上消除了氢压机运行中存在的问题,确保了装置的安全平稳运行。 The problems of liquid entrainment in hydrogen gas, packing box leakage, and equipment shutdown occurred in the operation of hydrogen reciprocating compressor in catalytic reformer of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. , which imposed a great threat to safe reliable operation of the compressor train. The root causes of problems were analyzed in respect of process operating conditions and equipment constructions, etc, and corresponding effective measures were taken in consideration of service conditions of compressor system operation, such as improvement of equipment construction to eliminate liquid entrainment of hydrogen and improvement of packing construction of hydrogen compressor to prevent hydrogen from leaking, etc. The operation demonstrates that these measures have completely eliminated the problems in hydrogen compressor operation. And ensured a safe reliable operation of the unit.
