摘要
以蜡油催化裂化汽油和减压渣油催化裂化汽油的混合汽油为原料,在吸附脱砷剂STAS-2上进行脱砷性能评价。结果表明:在常温常压条件下,混合汽油中的砷较难脱除,随着反应温度的升高,脱砷剂的活性不断增加,产品脱砷率可达90%以上,但是过高的反应温度会使催化裂化汽油中的烯烃含量降低。实验表明,催化裂化汽油吸附脱砷的最佳反应条件为:常压,反应温度80℃,进料体积空速2.0 h-1。
The mixed gasoline from VGO FCCU and VR FCCU was dearsenified with adsorption dearsenification agent STAS-2. The reaction results indicate that it is difficult to remove arsenic under ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure. With rising temperature, the activity of the dearsenification gent is increased and the rate of dearsenifieation can reach to over 90%. But the excessive high temperature will reduce the olefins in FCC gasoline. The optimal reaction conditions of adsorption dearsenifcation of FCC gasoline are atmospheric pressure, 80℃ reaction temperature and 2.0 h -1 volumetric space velocity.
