脑室引流加尿激酶灌注并腰穿治疗自发性脑室出血36例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 36 cases of hematencephalon teated with encephalocoele drainage accompanied by urokinase and lumbar puncture

目的观察双侧脑室引流加尿激酶灌注并腰穿治疗自发性脑室出血(IVH)的疗效。方法 36例IVH在行常规双侧脑室引流的基础上加尿激酶灌注并行腰穿治疗。结果 36例患者治疗总有效率为86.11%,疗效满意。结论在双侧脑室外引流术后及早采用尿激酶灌注并腰穿是治疗IVH的有效方法。

Objective Clinical analysis of 36 cases of hematencephalon teated with encephalocoele drainage accompanied by urokinase and lumbar puncture.Methods36 cases of hematencephalon were teated with encephalocoele drainage accompanied by urokinase and lumbar puncture.Outcome.Results36 cases of hematencephalon have satisfied 86.11 percent effect.ConclusionEncephalocoele drainage accompanied by urokinase and lumbar puncture is effective for hematencephalon.
