医院传染病管理信息员网络组织的建立及其意义

Establishment and it′s significance of the network for information officers in the management of infectious diseases in a hospital

目的:健全传染病管理信息员网络组织,确保传染病管理的各项工作的达标率。方法:由各相关科室分别推选1名责任心强、具有一定管理能力者担任传染病管理信息员,制定信息员的职责,集中培训,每月对传染病管理工作进行考核,考核结果与信息员的奖金挂钩。结果:传染病管理信息员网络组织建立后,传染病的漏报率、迟报率大大降低,报告卡完整率、归口收治率明显提高,与建立管理信息员网络组织前比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:建立传染病管理信息员网络组织有利于保证传染病管理各项工作贯彻落实。

Objective： To establish information officers network in the management of infectious diseases in order to make the control of the infectious diseases meet the standard criteria. Methods： One information officer was appointed in every department in the hospital. The persons should be qualified in responsibility and management ability in infectious disease control. They received intensive training and their duties were followed strictly. Their work was examined every month, and the results were linked with their bonus. Results： The missing report rate and delay rate were remarkably. The complete rate of report card and the rate of receiving the correct treatment were significantly increased after establishment of the network （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： Establishing of information officers network coulde guarantee implementation of control of infectious diseases in hospitals.
