摘要 This special issue brings us a collection of seven invited articles on classroom research (including a review by David Nunan) for the 16th AILA World Congress in Beijing, China. Our original purpose was to make proper contributions to this international forum by sharing some local classroom research in China. This idea was warmly received by many teachers from both K-12 schools and higher educational institutions. Over a dozen teachers signed up to document their classroom practice for this special issue.
