Sofreliner MS软衬材料用于下颌游离端缺失修复的临床疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of soft liner in repairation of mandibular distal extention

目的:评价软衬材料用于下颌游离端缺失修复的疗效。方法:选择64例牙槽嵴固有条件差的下颌游离端缺失患者,分为试验组和对照组,每组32例。试验组采用Sofreliner MS自凝硅橡胶软衬材料义齿,对照组采用常规热凝树脂材料制作义齿。分别对试验组和对照组进行吸光度值测定。统计方法采用卡方检验和t检验。结果:试验组的有效率为96.9%,明显高于对照组68.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.003)。对照组失败的10例患者经Sofreliner MS自凝硅橡胶软衬材料衬垫,9例有效。试验组与对照组吸光度值差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对牙槽嵴固有条件差的下颌游离端缺失患者,应用Sofreliner MS自凝硅橡胶软衬材料可获得良好的临床效果。并能改善下颌游离端缺失修复后疼痛,提高咀嚼效能。

Objective：To evaluate Sofreliner MS soft liner material in repairation of mandibular distal extention.Methods：64 mandibular distal extention patients were divided into two groups.Trial group was repaired with Sofreliner MS materials.Control group was repaired with thermoplastic resin material.The absorbance value was respectively measured in each group.Chi-square test and t test were performed to analysis.Results：The clinical effects in trial group was significantly higher than in control group（76.9%v.s.68.8%,P 0.05）.There was significantly difference in the absorbance value between trial group and control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions：For poor alveolar mandibular denture patients,application of Sofreliner MS soft lining material can obtain good clinical effects.Sofreliner MS materials can also improve mandibular denture pain and chewing efficiency.
