高校学生干部是高校学生工作队伍的重要组成部分,对加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作及推动高校学生工作的有效开展具有突出意义。本文从高校学生干部队伍建设的意义入手,着重分析了队伍建设目前的状况和存在的问题,提出了解决问题的思考和建议,以期为高校学生干部队伍建设提供一些参考。

Student cadre in colleges and universities is an important part of the construction of students＇ affairs team with an outstanding significance in strengthening college students＇ ideological and political education work and promoting students＇ affairs in colleges and universities effectively.This article based on the significance of the construction of student cadres,in accordance with the analysis of current situation and problems of the construction of student cadres＇ team,consideration and proposals are made in order to provide some reference for the construction of student cadres＇ team in colleges and universities.
