摘要
为有效改善员工心理状况,提高组织绩效,企业为自己员工设置的一套帮助员工及其家庭成员心理和行为问题的福利与支持项目,被称为EAP,即企业员工帮助计划。这一帮扶计划已广泛应用于多个领域,并逐渐被引入高校心理健康管理中,本文将结合这一应用的成果,从EAP模式本身特性、当代大学生生活方式和心理状态特点等方面分析EAP模式应用于大学生教育管理的有效性。
In order to effectively improve the psychological state employees to improve organizational performance,companies set their own staff to help employees and their family members a set of psychological and behavioral problems of welfare and support programs,known as EAP or Employee Assistance Program.The aid program has been widely applied in many fields,and gradually into the college mental health management,this paper will combine the results of the application from the EAP model their own characteristics,lifestyle and psychological status of college students analyzes the characteristics of EAP Model was applied to the effectiveness of education manag-ement.
