According to the actual archives management inspe-ction of Shandong province Archives Bureau,the paper summa-rizes some advices to improve the university archives manage-ment function from the following aspects： the enhancement of responsibility sense,the establishment of long-term mechanism,the improvement of personnel quality,the enrichment of archives resources,the perfection of archives management and the pressure of digital files.
