1996年颁布并实施的《中国共产党普通高校基层组织工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)在一定历史时期对高校党建工作起到了重要的指导作用。随着国内外、党内外的深刻变化,对高校党建提出新的要求,为此,中央决定对原条例进行修订。本文将具体阐述修订版《条例》中创新和完善的内容。

In 1996,the promulgation and implementation of ＂the Communist Party of China and the Regulation on the Work of Ordinary University Organizations at the Grass-Roots Level ＂（hereinafter referred to as ＂the Regulations＂） played an important guiding role in a certain historical period.The deep change of domestic and foreign situation sets new request for the Party.Therefore,the central government decided to revise the original regulations.This paper expounds the concrete revision ordinance in innovation and perfection of the content.
