深化外语教学改革 培养复合型高素质人才——公安边防部队广州某指挥学校外语教学改革调研报告

Intensify Foreign Languages Teaching Reform,Cultivate Multi-Skill and High-Quality Talent

进入21世纪以来,社会对复合型人才的培养提出了新的要求。培养高素质复合型人才需要转变思想观念,准确把握人才培养规格;协调知识、能力、素质三者关系;改革课程结构、教学方法;加强教材建设。本文以公安边防部队广州某指挥学校外语教研室两次外出调研为出发点,深刻剖析了目前该类初级边防指挥学校外语教学上存在的问题,并结合兄弟院校、友邻单位一线工作经验,尝试提出了一系列教学改革建议和对策,以期对本学科教学改革有所帮助。

In 21st century,new requirements for the cultivation of multi-skill and high-quality talents has been put forward. Cultivating high-quality compound talents needs the change of our ideas and accurate grasping of the training specifications; coordination of knowledge,ability,quality;reform of curriculum structure and teaching methods; strengthening the construction of teaching materials. With the twice survey and research as a starting point,the paper in-depth analyzes the current problems existing.Combining with other universities,neighboring unit and first line working experience,the writer tries to propose a series of proposals and measures for education reform.
