新课标的人本主义理念给外语教学者的启示之一就是要在外语教学过程中实施情感教学,情感教学制约着外语学习者的成功。英语教学"要关注每个学生的情感,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习成就感和自信心",从而取得良好的教学效果。因此英语教师必须注重情感教学,努力构建和谐的英语课堂。

The argument of human sympathy doctrine in new course standard gives foreign language teachers one of the prompts,which is they should carry out the emotional teaching during the process of foreign language teaching,the emotional teaching restricts the success of foreign language learners. English teachers ＂must pay attention to the emotion of every student, arouse their interests to learn English, help them build up the successful feeling and self-confidence.＂And then get the better effect of learning English.So English teachers must attach importance to emotional teaching, trying hard to construct harmonious English class.
