摘要患者的心理学头脑在精神动力学方向的治疗中起着重要的作用。心理学头脑是指一个人对思维、情感以及行为之间相互联系探查的能力,并且对其经验和行为背后的原因进行探究的动力。这种包含多维度的心理学头脑的概念往往导致了对其理解的歧义,和实证的困难。提供了两种方法对心理学头脑进行操作化评估,即通过量表和操作化访谈来进行。讨论了心理学头脑和治疗的关系。 The patient＇s dimension of psychological mindedness is important to working within all forms of psychoanalyti- cally oriented therapy. Capacity of psychological mindedness can perceive the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and actions and desire to learn the meanings and causes of experience and behavior. This variety of concepts associated with psychological mindedness has contributed to conceptual ambiguity and empirical neglect. This paper provides two general approaches to operationalize psychological mindedness： questionnaires, appraisals based on clinical interviews. It also dis- cusses the relationship with the therapy.
