对“中国基因歧视第一案败诉”的疑问与思考

Questions and Philosophy Arguments on the First Law Case of "Gene Discrimination" in China

国人对基因歧视有明显的认识不足。通过五个疑问来深入剖析"中国基因歧视第一案",并对其败诉的结果提出质疑。同时从基因信息的保护、基因改良的伦理问题、对"基因决定论"的辩证思考三方面展开基因伦理的哲学思考,以期提高国人对基因的正确认识并减少基因歧视的发生。

Lack of knowledge on gene discrimination exists in t^i~lna, lnls stuuy teaub tum ＂gene discrimination law case＂ in China, by eliciting five questions to discuss the controversial result. Further philosophy argument on genetic ethics associated with gene discrimination was also performed from three aspects as gene information protection, ethical problems of gene modification and dialectical thinking to ＂gene determinism＂, in order to improve gene awareness and reduce the incidence of genetic discrimination in China.
