Occupational experience and coping styles of blood collectors of blood center

目的:深入了解和理解体采人员职业体验及其应对方式。方法:运用深入访谈法,对41名体采人员进行访谈,将获得的资料应用现象学分析法进行分析。结果:体采人员反映问题包括:①排班工作时间长,每日延时加班;②工作环境中相关危险因素多;③离岗人员频繁。结论:血站管理者应高度重视体采人员健康问题,尤其女性员工及高年资工作人员。本研究所获得的有益信息,将有助于进一步建立血站安全健康管理体系,特别是能从整合的角度结合单位实际情况采取有效的行动。

Objective：To understand the occupational experience and coping styles of blood collectors of blood center. Method：Forty-one blood collectors of blood center were selected by purposive sampling. The data were collected by in depth interview and analyzed using content analysis. Result：Blood collectors of blood center were not satisfied with the scheduling,long working hours, working conditions and frequently post changes. Conclusion：The blood center should pay more attention to the sub-health problem of medical staff,especially female staff and longer work experience. The results might provide a reference for the formulation of heath management system of blood center staff,particularly to take effective action from the holistic angles combined with the actual situation of blood center.
