摘要
中国港口企业正经历新一轮的大发展、大变革。但如果没有优秀的企业文化引导的话,企业生产、管理和可持续发展都将受到影响和制约。以上海冠东国际集装箱码头有限公司(以下简称"冠东公司")为研究对象,概括了企业文化建设的本质,总结了冠东公司企业文化建设的4个关键要素。着重分析了制度管理和人性化管理对企业文化建设的作用,探讨了码头企业如何通过日常管理将企业价值理念渗透到员工心里,固化为制度规范,外化为员工行为,并最终成为企业可续发展的核心竞争力。
The Chinese ports are undergoing a new big development and reformation.But if it is not guided by the excellent enterprise culture,the enterprise production,management and sustainable development will be influenced and limited.Taking Guandong International Container Terminal Co.,Ltd.as research object,this paper summarizes the essence of building enterprises culture.It sums up four key factors for enterprises culture building.It analyzes in particular the effect which made by system and humanization management on the enterprise culture.Also it discusses how port enterprise puts the enterprises value idea into employees heart through daily management,and forms to system specification,becomes employee's external behavior,and finally becomes the core competitive force of the enterprises.
