左耻骨下支骨折漏诊腰椎间盘突出症1例分析

摘要 现将我院2011-04左耻骨下支骨折漏诊腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)1例的临床资料做回顾性分析,现报道如下。1病历摘要女,57岁。患者因不慎从山上摔下,当即感左髋部疼痛,活动障碍,不能站立行走。受伤后立即由家人送往当地县医院拍片示:左耻骨下支骨折,临床诊断为左耻骨下支骨折。
