摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法对中医妇科学教学质量的影响。方法实验班采用PBL教学法,对照班采用传统的教学方法。两班期末考试采取统一命题、考试、阅卷的方法,分别对总成绩、基础理论成绩、病案分析成绩作出比较评估。结果对照班和实验班的理论成绩无显著性差异(P>0.05),但总成绩和病案分析成绩有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法是切实可行的教学方法,值得在医学教学实践中进一步推广和改进。
Purpose Discusses the PBL teaching method to the Chinese medicine woman scientific quality of teaching influence. Method The experimental class use the PBL teaching method, the comparison class use traditional the teaching method. Two class of terminal examinations adopt the method which the unification proposition, the test, examine test papers, to the overall result, the basic theory result, the medical record analysis result makes quite the appraisal separately. Finally Comparison class and experimental class theory result non-significance difference (P0.05), but the overall result and the medical record analysis result has the significance difference (P0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching method is the practical and feasible teaching method, is worth further promoting in the medicine teaching practice and improving.
