摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定通脉丸中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用EclipseXDB-C18色谱柱,乙腈:0.085%磷酸溶液(17:83)为流动相;流速1.0ml?min-1;检测波长316nm。结果阿魏酸在0.0364～0.3145μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.05%,RSD=0.97%(n=6)。结论方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于通脉丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method to determinate ferulic acid in tongmai pills. Method The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column, using Acetonitrile -0.085% Phosphoric acid （17：83） as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 316nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml？min-1. Results The curcumin have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 0.0364～0.3145μg （r=0.9997）, the average recovery was 98.05% and RSD=0.97% （n=6）. Conolusion The established method is accuracy ,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of tongmai pills.
