Let Us Reach out Every Student in Need of a Helping Hand:Trying to Help the "Underachievers"

每位班主任最头疼的事莫过于对后进生的教育管理了。但是,无论从提高民族素质的认识高度,还是从提高教育教学质量的现实着想,我们都应该千方百计转化后进生。笔者以自己教育实践中的几个生动的实例得出结论:只要对待后进生热情而不冷漠、亲切而不疏远、帮助而不嫌弃,用爱心去感化,用宽容去教育,尊重他们的人格,一定会收到事半功倍的效果。

The problem of how to improve the ability for those with some difficulties in learning is a big concern for teachers. For improving national quality and quality of schooling,we teachers should try our best to help those ＂underachieves＂.In this paper,there are several examples which showed some effe- ctive ways to help those students with some difficulties in learning. Some conversion strategies, such as more carefulness, more tolerance, more attention, more direction, and emotional education can help those ＂underachievers＂ to have a better attitude and score.
