试析我国教育学专业人才的培养模式

随着知识经济时代的到来,我国高等教育也取得了很大的发展,特别是对高等师范院校而言,其教育学专业更是取得了空前的发展。但随着市场竞争的日益激烈,我们教育学专业人才在学习、就业等方面存在的不足及问题也日益凸显。为此,本文拟从教育学的内涵入手,重点分析和研究当前我国教育学专业人才培养模式存在的问题及其解决对策。在此抛砖引玉,旨在让更多的有识之士共同参与我国教育学专业人才培养课题方面的研究,促进我国教育学专业的发展,提高教育学专业人才的专业素质及综合实力,以便更好地走向社会,服务社会。
