适应人才市场需求 深化独立学院教学改革

Meet the Needs of the Talent Market,Deepen Reform of the Independent Institute of Teaching

高等教育连续10年的超常规发展,使我国的高等教育由精英教育过渡到大众化教育,同时也带来了一些亟待解决的问题。特别是独立学院更是如此,老师教得头疼,学生学得痛苦。在此,对独立学院的改革提出几点建议。首先,专业设置应合理,不要跟风,应适应市场的需求。其次,对独立学院学生的培养目标定位要明确,培养的应该是以应用为主的技能型专门人才,为此就应该有相应的教学体系的改革,对学生的要求当然也要随之改革。

As China＇s higher education from elite education to mass education too, brought some problems to be solved.In particular,especially independent college,the teacher taught the headache,the students learn the pain.In this,the reform of ind- ependent colleges offer a few suggestions.First,the professional set should be reasonable,do not follow suit,should meet market demand.Secondly,the cultivation of independent targeting college students should be clear, should be based on application of culture-based skilled professionals.This should have a corres- ponding reform of the teaching system, students must follow the requirements of the reform course.
