摘要
当今是知识经济时代,当代教育实践要求教师要实现从传统经验型向研究型转变。这一转变是新课程改革的需要,也是教师实现专业化的必然途径,更是促进学校发展的需要。开展校本研究,是研究型教师素质自我培养的有效途径。
