Ethical construction of teachers in vocational institutes＇ developing is important and urgent.Defining ethical connotation and constructing of evaluable mechanism scientifically and reasonablely in higher vocational colleges are teachers＇ common requirements for enhancing ethical construction and realizing teacheerself-development.The construction of ethical connotation and evaluable mechanism not only adhere to the scientific and fair principle and improving teachers＇ ethic level practically but also adhere to people-oriented principle which make evaluable system of teachers become selfrequirement for improving teachers＇ development.
