摘要
本文针对士官学员基础较差、层次参差不齐等特点,在大学物理的教学中实施了分层教学法。分层教学法主要包括教学对象分层、教学目标分层、教学过程分层和考核评价分层四个环节。教学实践表明,该种教学方法能够激发学员的学习热情和潜能,同时有利于提高学员的综合素质。
In this paper,the basis of non-commissioned officers of poor students,varying levels of features,the teaching of physics at the University in its implementation of the hierarchical teaching.Practice shows that the kinds of teaching methods to stimulate student enthusiasm and learning potential,while helping improve the overall quality of students.
