摘要
本文通过分析高校图书馆员的特点及现状,提出了网络时代馆员应具备的基本素质,指出继续教育是提高馆员综合素质和业务能力的有效途径。
Analysis of the University Library and the characteristics of the status quo,a librarian should have the basic qualities,that continuing education is to improve the overall quality of librarians and operational capacity of the effective ways.
