In this paper,Excel teaching,for example,through training students＇ sense of positive,relaxed feeling,pleasure and a sense of the timely and effective adjustment of students＇ optimal（relaxed but focused） learning situation,so that students can be happy to learn,to achieve the best of classroom teaching.
