摘要
在终身教育理念的感召下,不同类型的职后非学历教育逐步展开。由于幼儿教师文凭较低,随着幼儿教师受关注程度的提高,幼儿教师职后培训逐渐成为研究幼儿教师专业成长的一项重要课题。本研究通过某市幼儿教师职后教育现状的调查研究,发现幼儿教师职后教育中存在的问题,从中了解幼儿教师对职后教育的需求,并提出一些相应的改善策略,希望以此促进幼儿教师职后教育的发展,全面提高职后教育及培训的质量。
Inspired by the concept of lifelong education,various kinds of post-job non-academic education gradually develop.With more attention to preschool teachers,their post-job education has become an important topic for the training of preschool teachers,for their degree is comparably low.Through a case study on preschool teachers' post-job education in a certain city,the writer have found the problems existing in preschool teachers' post-job education and the requirements from the teachers for post-job education.In order to comprehensively improve the quality of post-job education and training,the writer,in this paper,proposes some countermeasures,hoping to promote the development of preschool teachers' post-job education.
