探讨高校实验室建设与管理的改革措施

An Inquiry into the Reform Measures of the Construction and Management of University Laboratory

高校实验室的建设与管理是我国培养创新型人才非常重要的环节,然而由于近年来高等教育的快速发展和招生规模的迅速扩大,高校实验室的建设与管理存在着不少亟待解决的问题。本文针对现行高校实验室建设与管理中存在的问题,并结合我院近几年的实验室建设与管理的探索与实践,提出了一系列改革措施。

The construction and management of university laboratory is a very important segment in the cultivation of the innovative talents in China.However,the construction and management of university laboratory has many problems to besolved because of the rapid development of higher educationand the rapid expansion of the recruitment of students scale in recent years.Focusing on the existing problems of the construction and management of university laboratory andcombining with the exploration and practice in recent years,this paper puts forward a series of reform measures.
