摘要
高校食堂工作是后勤管理的重要组成部分,是教学、科研、师生员工生活的重要保障。食堂管理工作的好坏、服务质量的高低不仅关系到师生饮食的安全,也会影响到学校的整体形象甚至直接影响学校的和谐稳定。本文通过对高校管理现状与食堂管理模式的分析和实践,提出引入食堂经营竞争机制、建立健全监督机制、规范管理、构建和谐餐饮的举措,对提高高校食堂管理质量进行探讨。
The canteen work of the college is an important part of logistics management,a major guarantee for teaching,research and the daily life of staff members as well as st-udents.The quality of canteen management and the quality of service level,are not only concerned with food security but also the school's overall image,or even have a direct impact on the school's harmony and stability.According to the analysis and practice of the current situation of college management and canteen management,this thesis introduces a series of measures including:the competition mechanism of canteen management,establishing a sound monitoring system,standardizing manag-ement and building the harmonious catering culture,which will benefits in exploring the access to improving the quality of college canteen management.
