摘要
本课题以医学院校管理干部和医学生为研究对象,采用特尔斐法(Delphi)进行了专家意见的集中程度分析及专家可靠性分析,并采用调查问卷的方式最终确立了以人文知识、人文方法、人文思想和人文精神为一级指标,具体包括10个二级指标、27个三级指标的医学生人文素质评价指标要素,为进一步开展医学生人文素质评价的实证研究奠定了基础。
To establish the standard of evaluating humanistic quality of the medical school, medical students and administrative staff was chosen as research object and Delphi method was used to analysis the centralization and reliability of experts' advice or opinion based on the questionnaire-investigation. The results show that the humanistic quality evaluation index system contains four primary components, which are humane knowledge, humane method, humanistic thought and humanistic spirit. Furthermore, there are ten second-level indexes and twenty seven third-level indexes. The derived index system can provide a firm foundation to promote evidence-based research into medical students' humanistic quality.
