摘要
八年制医学教育是一种贯通式精英人才培养模式,医学生的心理健康是关键所在。为了早出人才、出好人才,采用抑郁自评量表(self-ratingdepressionscale,SDS)、自编思想情况调查表和毕业生调查表,以及研究生深度辅导访谈等方法,研究北京大学医学部八年制基础医学专业医学生在研究培养阶段的抑郁心理状况。结果表明,八年制医学生的心理抑郁检出率低于博士研究生,而与硕士研究生相近,但其重度抑郁和实际存在心理障碍的学生比例明显多于其他研究生。八年制医学生抑郁心理产生的主要外因是科研和就业压力,而内因是孤独感,不善于排解烦恼和低逆商。因此,应当提高八年制医学生对所学专业的认识,加强职业教育,培养抗挫折能力。
Eight-year medical program is a training model for elite education which combines bachelor's and doctoral degrees. The student's positive psychological mental health is a key factor for the model. To cultivate talent with quality and speed, Zung's Self-rating Depression Scale, self-designed questionnaire and psychological interview were used to investigate the depression status of 8-year program students majoring in basic medical sciences at the postgraduate stage. The results revealed that the detection rate of depression in 8-year subjects was less than the control doctors and was similar to that of control masters. But the positive rate of severe depression in 8-year subjects was more than control graduates. Some data supported that the external psychological stress of the test 8-year students mainly came from occupation and scientific research, and the internal cause was loneliness, low competence to seek for help when in trouble and low adversity quotient. Therefore, It is necessary to improve 8-year student's level of awareness of professional, strengthening vocational education, and develop their ability of resistance to frustration.
