关于研究生弹性学制实施过程中的问题与对策思考 被引量:1

Problems in implementing elastic credit system in postgraduates' education and their solutions

摘要 本文分析了我国研究生教育实行弹性学制以来存在的学习年限意识过于强化、研究生个性培养未能得到充分体现、学籍管理面临困境、学习资费标准尚未统一等多方面的问题;提出了从强化研究生质量意识,坚持以学生为中心,实行研究生个性化培养,大力推行研究生信息化管理等方面加以改进的对策,以更加有效地发挥弹性学制在研究生培养中的积极作用。 Variety of problems encountered in implementing elastic credit system in postgraduates' education were analyzed. Specifically, the problems include overemphasis on the period of schooling, insufficient individualized cultivation measures in postgraduates' education, difficulties in students' record keeping and non-standardized tuition fee. It is proposed that quality awareness in postgraduates' education should be intensified to implement students centered individualized cultivation. Information technology should be fully utilized in students' record administration. All the proposed solutions are to effectively exert the active roles of elastic credit system in postgraduates' cultivation.
