摘要
目的 评估中山大学2007级本科生临床核医学课程期末考试试卷质量，反馈教学信息。方法利用SPSS13．0软件分析385份临床核医学课程期末考试试卷难度、信度、区分度以及成绩分布。结果试卷难度0．72，区分度0．49，信度0．532，考试成绩呈正态分布，平均分为71．57±8．22。结论2007级本科生临床核医学课程期末试卷难度适中，区分度优良，结果可靠，成绩分布合理，对今后试卷命题具有重要指导意义。
Objective To evaluate the quality of the test paper of clinical nuclear medicine for grade 2007 medical students to get feedback information of the teaching and learning. Methods Analyze the indexs of difficulty, reliability, discrimination of the 385 final test papers and the score distribution with software SPSS 13.0. Results The difficulty, discrimination and reliability of the paper is 0.72, 0.49 and 0.532 respectively. The scores are in a normal distribution and the average is 71.57. Conclusions The test paper has the characteristics of moderate difficulty, excellent discrimination and high reliability, and rational score distribution, which will contribute to future test proposition.
